My newest model, this block has its own built-in tray that can be used for moving your cut foods off of the cutting surface to the cooking surface with a minimum of hassle. Simply pull out the tray and scrape the cut food off the edge onto the tray. Stowed under the block when not in use, the tray is quickly removed for moving food after cutting or for cleaning. The tray comes in either white Corian or matching hard maple. Specify which material when placing your order. Available in the 2" x 16" x 22" size only and made to order only so please allow 5 additional days of build time.
The tray measures 9" x 12" and may also be used for serving or light cutting. |
